Mr. Mihir Babaria is a CFA charterholder from the CFA Institute (USA) and completed his MBA from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research in 2015. He worked with L&T Infrastructure Finance Ltd for three years in the Debt Capital Markets team, and later joined IDFC FIRST Bank in 2018 as part of the NBFC Lending team in Wholesale Banking.

In 2021 he founded the practice to help families invest with confidence and protect what matters most. As an Elite Club – Diamond partner at ManipalCigna with 4+ years in health insurance, he has built ₹277.1 Cr of sum insured under management, secured 622 lives, and settled 80 claims worth ₹1.8 Cr — qualifying five times for the CDO Club and twice for Heroes of Health.
