Welswan Financial Services LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-357145). The schemes we facilitate are offered under the Regular Plan, which involves payment of trail commission to the distributor by the respective Asset Management Company (AMC).
In line with AMFI requirements, we make the following disclosures:
- ✓We receive trail commission from AMCs for schemes invested through us under the Regular Plan.
- ✓The commission earned may differ across schemes and AMCs. As a matter of practice, we recommend products based on suitability to your needs and not on the commission earned.
- ✓A Direct Plan of the same scheme (with no distributor commission) is also available to investors.
- ✓The detailed, scheme-wise rate of commission receivable across competing schemes of various Mutual Funds is available on request and is published by AMFI.
Indicative commission ranges (trail, per annum):
Equity schemes: ~0.50% – 1.00% · Hybrid schemes: ~0.40% – 0.90% · Debt schemes: ~0.10% – 0.60% · Liquid/Overnight: ~0.05% – 0.20%.
